Further to the announcement by Home Secretary James Cleverly and series of immigration changes, Skilled worker category will be affected from the 4th of April 2024.
The change to the visa rule that is applicable from the 4th of April is new minimum salary threshold for skilled worker visas that is rising from current £26,200 to £38,700. This won’t apply for health and care worker visa or for education workers on National pay scales (for example teachers).
Transitional Arrangements- Who is not affected ?
