At Visaway Immigration, we offer transparent, fixed-fee ranges for our services. We are an IAA Level 1 regulated firm authorised to provide full application management and legal representations for standard, within-policy submissions made directly to the UK Home Office.
Visaway Immigration is not registered for VAT; therefore, VAT will not be added to any of the fees listed below.

- Reviewing all supporting documents against current UK Immigration Rules.
- Drafting formal representation letters to accompany and argue your application.
- Finalising and uploading your complete application via the official UKVI portal.
- Managing standard Administrative Reviews to correct clear Home Office caseworker errors (excluding refusals based on credibility or the genuineness of documents/relationships).

How We Calculate Your Fee:
The exact price within the range depends entirely on the unique profile of your case (such as the volume of documentation to review, complex income streams, or required turnaround speed). A fixed quote will be provided in writing following your consultation.Exclusions:
These professional fees do not include independent third-party disbursements (such as Home Office application fees, the £80 Administrative Review filing fee, the Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric fees, or translation costs), which must be paid directly to the respective authorities.
